‘Khuddar’ is the story of Siddhant Suri (Govinda) and his sense of great responsibility towards his job as a police inspector. Life brings him on a crossroads where he has to choose between his family and his duty. He chooses duty and agrees to act as a bodyguard to his once-junior colleague Adarsh Vardhan (Shakti Kapoor) who is now a politician. Meanwhile, he has married a blind girl, Pooja (Karishma Kapoor), unaware that his brother Nandu (Rajoo Shrestha) had molested and attacked her in the past. When the fact is revealed to him it calls for another struggle. Will Siddhant stand up to keep his self-respect and integrity intact?
